I normally don’t set a timer and just take them out when I start to smell the wonderful smell wafting through the kitchen. But you can set a timer, of course.
Once done, they will ideally have burst in the oven and be wrinkly. Maybe have a couple brown spots on them here or there.

Ingredients
1 package cherry tomatoes (multicolored ones seem to have more flavor)
1-2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
1 teaspoon dried basil or 10-15 leaves fresh basil (optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400F degrees.
- Grab an oven-safe glass dish or sheet pan with a lip (so they don’t roll off!).
- Add all ingredients to the baking dish or roasting pan and combine thoroughly.
- Roast in the oven for 30-40 minutes, depending on how roasted you want them to be. That’s it! Enjoy!
