Flavor-bomb Roasted Cherry Tomatoes

Flavor-bomb Roasted Cherry Tomatoes

Want to add amazing flavor and extra nutrition to your meal without a lot of effort? These are perfect for that! SO EASY! SO TASTY!

I normally don’t set a timer and just take them out when I start to smell the wonderful smell wafting through the kitchen. But you can set a timer, of course.

Once done, they will ideally have burst in the oven and be wrinkly. Maybe have a couple brown spots on them here or there.

PERFECT FOR:

  • Topping zucchini noodles (zoodles)
  • Adding to homemade spaghetti sauce
  • Having as a side to baked chicken or fish
  • Putting on top of your eggs for breakfast
  • Topping sautéed greens
  • Blending and smearing on top of gluten-free toast
